Qualicoat Moves

Qualicoat UK & Ireland have moved there offices and operation to new purpose build offices on the outskirts of Birmingham. Offering better motorway connections and parking facilities the new offices are based at the 'National Metalforming Centre' in West Bromwich. New facilities include a visitors lounge and meeting area with dedicated conference facilities.

Qualicoat is run in the UK by the Aluminium Federation (ALFED) who have also moved to the new facility after 40 years at their previous offices at Broadway House at Five Ways. Tom Siddle Technical Manager of ALFED and Qualicoat Co-ordinator comments, “We are delighted to move into the purpose built premises which offer us a modern working environment with excellent facilities for meetings and welcoming our visitors.”

Qualicoat membership continues to increase as the standard becomes widely known by users and specifiers of architectural powder coating in the UK. Members are independently tested and must use some of the most up to date equipment in the UK to ensure quality with the minimum of harm to our environment in its process.
